The central location of this B&B allows guests to easily explore the village and enjoy nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and bright, with clean ensuite bathrooms and large showers. The friendly host goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even offering a free pint at the adjacent fish and chips place. Ample off-street parking is available for added convenience.
Some guests reported cleanliness issues with dirty glasses and bedding, as well as an unpleasant smell of smoke coming from downstairs.

The free parking provided peace of mind and convenience. The outdoor dining area was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and having an electric kettle and kitchen utensils in our room made cooking a breeze. The shared kitchen was a nice bonus. The area offered a plethora of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding. There was also a golf course nearby for those who enjoy a round. It was great that no pets were allowed and that the property was smoke-free. All in all, a fantastic stay with excellent amenities and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

We rented bikes from a local shop and spent the day riding through the stunning countryside, stopping to have a picnic by the lake. It was a great way to bond as a family and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the B&B had a small playground or play area for the children.

The room at Room 2 Camp Street B&B & Self Catering was so cozy and welcoming. It felt like home away from home! I loved the comfortable bed and the quaint decor. It was perfect for someone like me who enjoys a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.
I have to say, the shower in the bathroom was a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference, maybe others don't mind it at all!
